Ferroalloy plant in Rustavi – biggest industrial city of Georgia, was founded in 2007. “Georgian Alloys Group” LTD fully owns and manages ferroalloy plant from 2014. From its establishment, company is permanently growing market share. As one of the leading Silicomanganese processing plant in country, it also produces Ferromanganese. During the 2014 year, company devoted its efforts, to implement Ferrosilicon production in a shortest period of time. As a result, “Georgian Alloys Group” LTD has three production lines to meet customer demands, and annually succeeds in enhanced capacity.
Company successfully invested in building its own electricity substation. This project minimized electricity costs and helped plant to become electrically independent. Georgia is rich with its coal and manganese mines. Usage of local raw materials, energy-independence, and modern production capabilities helps, “Georgian Alloys Group” LTD, to meet both - the international standards and customer needs. The plant owns four electric arc furnaces with qualitative air filtering machinery. Permanent modernization of production methods is company’s organizational goal.
